TERMS & CONDITIONS – ZM TRIPS

1. General

All pilgrims are required to carefully read and agree to these Terms & Conditions before booking the Umrah package. Booking confirmation implies acceptance of all terms mentioned herein.

2. Tickets & Visa

• Air tickets and visas once issued

are non-transferable and non-

refundable.

• Departure and arrival dates are

subject to change based on

airline schedules and operational

requirements.

• Any new rules, taxes, or charges

imposed by the Government of

India or the Kingdom of Saudi

Arabia related to Umrah services

will be applicable and added to

the package cost.

3. Transportation

Air-conditioned buses will be provided for group transfers as per itinerary:

Jeddah → Makkah → Madinah.

4. Room Sharing

• Accommodation will be provided

on a 4 to 5-bedded sharing basis.

• Pilgrims requesting higher-

category rooms or separate

rooms must pay additional

charges, subject to availability.

5. Room Allotment

• Bed and room allotment will be

done by the Tour Conducting

Officer.

• The decision of the Tour

Conducting Officer in case of any

dispute shall be final and binding.

6. Liability

The tour company shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, injury, illness, delay, or mishap to life, property, or belongings during the entire journey, including but not limited to:

• Accidents

• Natural calamities

• Mechanical breakdowns

• Airline delays or cancellations

• Incidents occurring during Umrah

or Ziyarat

7. Mehram Requirement

Female pilgrims must be accompanied by their Mehram, as per Saudi regulations.

8. Visitors Policy

• Iqama holders or guests of

Hajj/Umrah pilgrims are not

permitted inside hotel rooms.

• Meetings, if required, are allowed

only at the hotel reception area.

9. Age Limit

The permissible age for this package is 18 years and above.

10. Food Services

Buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be provided in both holy cities—Makkah and Madinah.

11. Food & Cleanliness Rules

• Pilgrims must strictly follow meal

timings.

• Food, plates, or cutlery are not

allowed to be taken to hotel

rooms.

• All pilgrims must maintain

cleanliness, discipline, and

respectful behavior throughout

the journey.

12. Rules & Regulations

All pilgrims must strictly abide by the rules and regulations of:

• The Government of India

• The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

13. Baggage Rules

• Checked-in baggage as per airline

policy

• Hand baggage limit: 7 kg

• Zamzam water allowance: 5 liters

(Pilgrims are advised to carry light baggage.)

14. Document Delivery

Passports, visas, and air tickets will be handed over only after full and final payment of the package amount.

15. Elderly / Medically Unfit Pilgrims

• Elderly pilgrims, physically unfit

individuals, or those suffering

from chronic illnesses must be

accompanied by a helper.

• The tour company shall not be

responsible for any medical

complications arising during the

journey.

16. Medical Emergency & Return Flight Responsibility (New Clause)

If a pilgrim falls sick, is hospitalized, or becomes medically unfit before the scheduled return flight and is unable to travel with the group:

• The tour company will not be

responsible for arranging or bearing

the cost of a new return air ticket.

• The pilgrim must make independent

travel arrangements at their own

expense once medically fit to return.

• No refund or compensation shall be

applicable for missed services or flights.

17. Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising out of this tour package shall be governed by the laws of India and shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Guwahati.
